After listening to this powerful speaker, this compassionate giant, this amazing author CEO and thought leader some days ago, I HAD to post at least one of his inspirational talks. Listen to his wisdom and I know, just like me, you will learn more than just how to deliver a powerful speech from the heart. I feel privileged to learn from this man and, while standing on the shoulders of this giant, I know I will become a better person.

Great wisdom, I think South African's need to listen and understand this truth. The government don't want clever people Black or White telling them what to do. That begs the question why not? Because people are put into power for the wrong reasons. They are not there for the people, but for themselves. Until we get leaders that want to serve we will remain nothing as a nation.
