Loved this speech by Arnold Schwarzenegger. He delivered this talk only this year and already more than 6 million people have watched it! There is a lot of wisdom we can take away from these 15 minutes; The need for having a vision, a goal, it is all possible, work your backside off, even to sleep faster! Arnold has achieved a lot. He's a successful actor, politician, Mr.Universe, businessman and much more, despite all the 'naysayers', despite being a poor immigrant with an accent :-).
