I absolutely love this speech by one of my favourite actors, Denzel Washington. So many amazing quotes, so much to implement, so much to pay forward from this life enhancing video. A different but highly motivational speech by the Navy seal Admiral as he talks about the lessons learned from Navy Seal training. I have seen this keynote a few times and it keeps re-appearing. Watching it again made me realise my need to share this in my blog. This talk shows that it does not matter if you have your notes in front of you, your message is what impacts the audience.
