You can do it your way, just don't prevent others from getting what they want. 2. Sometimes, you're the problem! Take responsibility for your actions. 3. Take care of each other. Accept help when you need it, and offer it when others do. 4. Be the last to speak. (Leaders speak last!) Ask questions and discover why they think what they think. 5.
